Rules for using the MysticSea Online website, account services, game server, and community services.

By using the MysticSea Online website, account services, game server, Discord support links, or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website, create an account, log in, play, or purchase virtual currency.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms with you before you use the service or make any purchase.
You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity on your account, and the accuracy of the information you provide.
You may not sell, share, trade, or transfer accounts unless MysticSea Online gives written permission.
You may not provide false identity, billing, location, or contact information, impersonate another person, use another person's account, or use payment methods you are not authorized to use.
We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, botting, exploitation, harassment, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or other conduct that harms the service or community.
You may not use cheats, bots, packet tools, unauthorized third-party software, automation, exploits, duplicate-abuse methods, or any method that gives unfair advantage.
You may not attack, scan, scrape, copy, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass protections for the website, server, launcher, client, database, payment flow, or administration systems.
Staff decisions about bans, item removals, rollbacks, and event enforcement may be made to protect server stability and fair play.
Accounts, characters, IMP, points, items, rankings, rewards, and other in-game benefits are virtual service features only.
Virtual items are licensed access rights for personal entertainment use within MysticSea Online. They are not sold as property, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside supported game or website systems.
Purchases and virtual currency are governed by the Item Mall Terms of Sale.
Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem, Xsolla, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Binance, card networks, banks, wallet providers, or other payment partners available in your region.
Those providers may present their own checkout terms, buyer terms, privacy notices, refund policies, regional purchase rules, tax information, and receipt details. Their terms apply to the parts of the transaction they process.
Manual wallet or Binance transfers are not automatically verified by a hosted checkout provider and may require staff review before delivery.
You must not use VPNs, proxying, false location information, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions, tax rules, payment limits, fraud checks, or provider availability.
MysticSea Online may be updated, restarted, taken offline, rolled back, wiped, migrated, or discontinued when needed for maintenance, security, balance, legal, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, permanent availability of any feature, or preservation of all game progress in every incident.
Anything you submit through support, Discord, account systems, or community channels must not be illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, deceptive, or infringe someone else's rights.
You give MysticSea Online permission to use submitted bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, names, and gameplay-related content for operating, moderating, improving, and promoting the service.
Do not submit malware, spam, phishing content, private personal data about others, infringing material, or anything intended to disrupt the website, game, payment flow, or provider systems.
We may update these terms when the website, payment flow, game systems, rules, or operational requirements change.
The latest version posted on this page applies when you use the service after the update date.
