Terms for purchasing IMP, virtual currency, bonuses, and related paid benefits from MysticSea Online.

By buying IMP or any other paid virtual benefit from MysticSea Online, you agree to these Item Mall Terms of Sale and the general Terms and Conditions.
You must be signed in to the correct account before purchasing. Purchases are applied to the account that creates the checkout session.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must approve the purchase and review these terms with you.
Do not complete a purchase if you do not agree to these Item Mall Terms, the payment provider checkout terms, or any regional purchase rules shown during checkout.
IMP, points, bonuses, VIP benefits, and any related rewards are digital service features for use only on MysticSea Online.
They are licensed access rights for personal entertainment use, not physical goods, stored value, bank credit, cryptocurrency, securities, or money.
They have no cash value, cannot be sold back to us, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside supported in-game or website systems.
We may change, balance, limit, remove, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency, benefits, items, packages, or game systems when needed for security, stability, fairness, legal compliance, or operation of the service.
Available payment methods may include Creem, Xsolla, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Binance, cards, wallets, banks, or other providers depending on your region and the current website configuration.
Depending on the selected method, the checkout page or receipt may identify Creem, Xsolla, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Binance, or another payment partner as the merchant of record, reseller, payment processor, wallet service, or provider for that transaction.
The payment provider may apply its own buyer terms, refund policy, fraud checks, regional purchase rules, payment limits, privacy notices, tax handling, and receipt or invoice process. Those provider terms apply to the parts of the transaction they process.
Manual Binance or wallet transfers must include the order reference shown by the website and are delivered only after staff can verify the received transfer.
If a provider requires specific handling of a payment dispute, refund, tax, receipt, identity check, or compliance request, we may follow that provider process in addition to these Item Mall Terms.
Package prices are shown before checkout. The final checkout price may include applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, currency conversion, regional charges, payment-method fees, bank fees, or other amounts shown by the payment provider before you confirm payment.
Receipts, invoices, tax calculation, and payment collection may be handled by the payment provider or merchant of record shown during checkout and on your receipt.
Promotions, bundle bonuses, payment-provider bonuses, VIP rules, and package contents may change before purchase. Completed purchases do not automatically receive later promotional changes.
IMP is credited after the payment provider confirms a successful payment and the website records the transaction.
For manual Binance or wallet transfers, IMP is credited after staff confirms the transfer amount, recipient, asset, and order reference.
If your character is online, credits may be queued and applied after you log out or after the game server can safely update the account.
Delivery is digital only. There is no physical shipment, and purchase performance begins when payment is confirmed and the website starts applying or queuing the IMP or related benefit.
If delivery fails after a confirmed payment, contact support with your account name, payment provider, order reference, purchase time, and the package you attempted to buy.
All IMP, virtual currency, VIP, bonus, and virtual benefit purchases are final once checkout is completed and the payment provider confirms the payment.
Because delivery is digital and starts immediately after payment confirmation, we do not offer discretionary refunds after a purchase is completed, including where IMP or a related benefit has been delivered, credited, queued for your account, redeemed, spent, or otherwise used.
Manual crypto or wallet transfers may be irreversible on the payment network. If a refund is approved, it may require separate manual handling and may be reduced by network, conversion, or provider costs where allowed by law.
We only review refund requests for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, provider-side payment failures, unauthorized payment reports, non-delivery that we cannot correct, or cases where applicable consumer law, card network rules, merchant-of-record rules, or provider policy requires a refund review.
Refund eligibility may depend on the provider used, your region, whether payment was confirmed, whether delivery has started, whether IMP has been credited or used, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method or the payment provider process. We do not issue separate cash, crypto, gift-card, item, or account-transfer refunds outside the provider process.
Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks may remove IMP, VIP progress, items, or benefits connected to the transaction. If the account no longer has enough IMP or benefits to reverse, we may place the account in a negative balance state, remove related items, restrict future purchases, or suspend the account while the issue is investigated.
You may not use stolen payment methods, false identity information, chargeback abuse, payment-provider manipulation, exploit-driven purchase flows, or any method intended to receive virtual currency without valid payment.
You may not use VPNs, proxying, false billing location, false country information, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions, taxes, payment limits, provider controls, or fraud checks.
We may cancel transactions, withhold delivery, reverse credited IMP, remove items, suspend accounts, block future purchases, or provide supporting evidence to a payment provider when fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or account compromise is suspected.
Purchasing IMP does not protect an account from bans, mutes, item removals, rollback actions, or other rule enforcement.
Account restrictions caused by rule violations do not create a refund right for completed purchases.
If a provider or card network reverses a payment after benefits were delivered, account penalties or benefit reversals may still apply even if the original account restriction is unrelated to the payment.
For payment help, use the official support channel and include enough detail for staff to locate the transaction.
You may also need to contact the payment provider support channel shown on your checkout page or receipt for payment-method-specific refund, receipt, tax, fraud-check, or identity-verification issues.
Never post payment receipts, card details, private account information, or personal identity documents in public channels.
These purchase terms apply together with the Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict for a purchase issue, these Item Mall Terms control that purchase issue.
